For Spa Owners & Spa Clients

So, the economy is down the drain, your 401k has dwindled, but you still want to look good?
You've come to the right blog. I have tested hundreds of products and services in the beauty industry and will give you the stright scoop on all of them. I am not paid or employed by any of these products or companies. And if you are a spa owner, you definitely want to check back to see what products and technologies are worth your investment!

The marketplace is flooded with promises. Here is something that delivers....
The Pearl is a laser treatment that treats sun damage, uneven pigment, and fine wrinkles.
It requires a topical anesthetic and at least 4 days of hiding from the rest of the world. On the pain scale, the treatment itself is about a 3, (with 10 being the most pain and 1 the least).
After the laser treatment I felt quite a bit of heat on my face and my skin color was deep pink. A thick layer of vaseline applied, which would become my new best friend, kept the heat tolerable. The initial heat actually dissipated pretty quickly, but I found when I removed the vaseline to cleanse my face per instructions, it hit like a wave in a 115 degree desert.
After three days of vaseline, I was ready to scream out loud, but was comforted by the fact that the new skin appearing was free of freckles and other sunspot irregularities, AND it was SMOOTH - super SMOOTH. On Day 5 I abandoned the vaseline, (hooray) and implented a TNS moisturizer. Result was excellent. 2 Pearl treatments are suggested to get optimum results.
I'll be booking #2 sometime this winter, (don't do it in summer). I highly recommend this treatment. This gets a rare FIVE STARS !
Cost: approximately $2,100
Available locally at Dermique, Feeding Hills, MA
